???? Introducing the KALUSH EXPO® 2026 Speaker: "Energy of Growth and Resilience!" — Petro Hrynkevych

Petro Hrynkevych is the Director of the Kalush Polytechnic Professional College, a Master Specialist, and a Senior Lecturer-Methodologist.

Having served at the college since 1981 and led the institution as Director since 2010, he has built a resilient, high-standard training system dedicated to supplying skilled technical professionals to the regional economy and industrial sector.

At KALUSH EXPO® 2026, Petro Hrynkevych will join Block 4: "Human Capital," contributing to the panel "Workforce and Resources for the Economy."

The discussion addresses a pressing operational challenge for employers: how to effectively integrate educational graduates into active manufacturing environments while securing the specialized technical talent businesses require.

Key Panel Topics:
  • Cross-Institutional Collaboration: Building direct partnerships between polytechnics, vocational schools, universities, and commercial enterprises.
  • Production-Targeted Training: Adapting academic and technical curricula to meet specific industrial manufacturing needs.
  • Early-Career Onboarding: Accelerating the workplace adaptation of young technical specialists entering the labor force.
  • Technical Career Pathways: Opening new avenues for skills development and professional advancement in engineering and technical trades.
The participation of Kalush Polytechnic Professional College underscores one of the EXPO's primary missions: connecting education, enterprise, and industry to build a robust talent reserve for the region.
